Benissa San Jaime Club Golf de Ifach: a 9-hole golf court, and they have 3 tennis play grounds.
In Javea Golf Javea an 18-hole golf court, this is well known by golf players.
On Friday there is a large market in Moraira, reached in 5 minutes by car.
The apartment is near the beach of l'Andrago, a 5 minutes walk. There you have a nice bar and several new restaurants and shops
A larger beach is l Ámpolla this is reached in 5 minutes by car. This beach is next to the central shopping centre.
The apartment can be reached by flying to Alicante or Valencia. Drive from Alicante = 45 min. Drive from Valencia = 60 min.
The living/dining room is comfortably furnished, with television and a possibility to use internet,
the bedroom has 2 separate beds of 90-200cm.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, oven and microwave. Further coffee percolator, toaster, and ironer. Available: towels, bedsheets.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is part of the house of the owner. The owner will also be using the swimmingpool.
